David is also Executive Director of Search and Selection Company Carmichael Fisher and specialises in Executive Search, Interim Executive and Board of Director Appointments. He is a member or closely associated with a range of business organisations and associations, including Fellow of the Australian Institute of Company Directors.

Mr Brett Eagle

 

Working on an independent basis in Sydney, Brett has many years experience in the area of international law and business.  Brett specialises on the needs of emerging companies, advising on international reorganisations and structuring, public and private corporate finance and acquisitions as well as intellectual property protection and management.  Most recently Brett has worked as an attorney in New York, USA, where he specialised in public and private corporate finance for emerging growth companies.  Prior to New York, Brett worked in Berlin specialising in transactions involving European Union antitrust and other issues. Brett received his first law degree from the University of Sydney, Australia, and then a Masters of Law degree from Humboldt University in Berlin, Germany.  He speaks English and German.

Mr Satish K. Gupta

 

Satish Gupta, is currently President and CEO of SenSen Networks, a sensor network systems company located in NSW Australia. Prior to SenSen he was Chairman of BPO Frontline, which he co founded in October 2003. BPO Frontline is a business process outsourcing company serving mid-market customers in the US. Prior to BPO Frontline he was at Cradle Technologies from 1st July 1998 and until 30th June 2004 and was its founding President and CEO. Cradle, is venture funded semiconductor company, which has secured over $72 MM in investments. It is the leader in emerging generation of Soft-Silicon semiconductor companies. Cradle has launched its first Multiprocessing DSP product which is being marketed in enhanced communication and media processing markets.

Mr Hugh Loewenthal, CFO Forge Research & Integeo

 

As CFO of Forge Research, Hugh was a key party to the sale of Forge company QIQ Solutions to US multinational Hyperion in 2004.  Hugh also helped set up Forge company Integeo to commercialise a spatial Business Intelligence product that creates maps.  Prior to Forge, Hugh was the CFO for Aurema, a technology company with its roots in Australia but headquartered in the US.  Hugh has also run his own business and worked as a senior adviser with NSW Department of State & Regional Development. Hugh is the past president of the University of Sydney Foundation for Information Technology and a fellow of the Institute of Company Directors.

Graham is an experienced CEO who is now devoting his time to non-executive directorships and corporate advisory services. His CEO roles included founding managing director of E*Trade stock broking service, managing director of IOOF Group Ltd, Le Fort Capital Ltd and general manager-consumer banking group for Chase AMP Bank. He spent a number of years with American Express in sales/marketing and general management positions in Australia and Asia. He is currently chairman of a NSW State Government corporation, a listed environmental company and a joint venture between two international companies. He is a non-executive director of the Pain Management Research Institute and has served on the Boards of The Foodbank and The Australian Brandenburg Ochestra
