Dr Anne Fletcher is a Director and the Principal Consultant of Growing Your Knowledge Pty Ltd, a management consultancy specialising in health and biotechnology. Anne's earlier career was in medical science and prior to establishing Growing Your Knowledge she was the Director, Intellectual Capital at the Australian Red Cross Blood Service. In this role she was responsible for national R&D policy and strategy, and knowledge management. In March 2006 Anne coordinated the first Knowledge Management Conference in Australia specifically for the health sector.
